6pm Update: We have cancelled a large proportion of appointments for tomorrow to protect our patients and staff. Patients will have received a text. We will phone tomorrow to reschedule these appointments for as soon as possible. We apologise for the inconvenience.
Please note that ALL Covid testing centres and vaccination centres will be closed tomorrow.
Furthermore, ALL planned inpatient and outpatient appointments and procedures have been cancelled at CUH, Bantry and Mallow for tomorrow.
STATUS RED WARNING has been issued for Cork from 6am tomorrow Tuesday until 9pm tomorrow tonight.
If you are due to attend tomorrow for an appointment and if the conditions are too dangerous to travel then please phone us tomorrow at 021 7336505. We can speak to patients over the phone if necessary or reschedule appointments.
If our electricity and internet goes then we will be very limited in the services that we can offer.
Tonight please prepare for the storm by having candles nearby, charge any necessary technology and please check in on family and friends where possible
