Cancellation Policy

Ryecourt Clinic is committed to ensuring that the best possible service is provided to all patients. We understand that it can sometimes be difficult to get a routine appointment with a GP, however, a patient that does not attend a booked appointment would adversely impact on other patients that really need it.

Cancellation, Changes or Missed Appointments Policy

If you need to cancel an appointment, you can do this by calling Reception on 021 7336505 or emailing [email protected]
Please include your full name, date of birth, appointment time and appointment date.

Please note that from 01st of February 2024, the following fees will apply for late cancellations & no shows:

Late Cancellations – A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations of appointments.  If an appointment is not cancelled within 24 hours of the agreed time and date, then a cancellation fee of €30 will be applied.

Non-attendance – If you do not arrive for your appointment, a ‘non-attendance’ fee of €55 will apply.

These fees are set in place due to the high demand for appointments at the surgery.  We do ask that when you make an appointment, that you do arrive at the confirmed time and date.

Please bare in mind that this is time of your arrival. The time that the doctor see you may change depending on the volume of patients on the day.
